Collier Stevens had the expertise, the reputation, and the services to compete in paid search. They also had the scepticism - Google Ads hadn't always delivered for them in the past. We changed that.

The Challenge

Collier Stevens had run Google Ads before, but the results hadn’t justified the investment – and the channel had been shelved. The brief was to rebuild confidence in paid search by doing it properly, generating a consistent stream of high-quality leads for Party Wall services across the South East, with a clear focus on cost efficiency and lead quality from day one.

The Strategy

We launched two campaigns: a core Services campaign targeting users actively searching for Party Wall Surveys across the South East, and a low-level Competitor campaign to put Collier Stevens in front of high-intent users already evaluating alternatives. Geographic targeting was dialled in from the start to reflect the client’s actual service area. We review search terms and geo-performance with the client regularly, keeping the targeting tightly aligned with where the business wants to grow.

The Results

Since launching in June 2025, the campaigns have generated 57 leads at a CPA of £62.43 – and from the start, quality over quantity has been the priority. In a specialist market where each converted client is worth significantly more than the cost of acquiring them, chasing volume at the expense of relevance was never the goal. Accounting for the client’s typical conversion rate, the estimated ROAS sits at 960%. Traffic has grown month on month, and the expected dip around December, when surveying enquiries typically slow over the festive period, came and went without derailing performance. The pipeline is building, the data is compounding, and the best is still to come.
