Every member of the Squidgy team receives 26 days of holiday, plus Bank Holidays, to keep that work-life balance.

We all share responsibility for the success of Squidgy, so it’s only fair that we all get something back. Every year, all employees split a 5% profit share.

Your health is of the upmost importance, so Squidgy invest in the highest level of Private Healthcare with AXA – ensuring both your physical and mental health are taken care of.

We might be hybrid but we still make time to schedule a regular team social from bowling to dinner, drinks to trips, we’ve done it.

An extra day to nurse that hangover, or just some time for yourself – the Friday or Monday off to extend the weekend nearest to your birthday.

For every 2 years of service with Squidgy, we’ll reward you with an additional day off to your annual allowance. (max 5 days / 10 years)

What matters to us is that you get work done, not so much when you do it. Squidgy offers a flexible daily working policy, which includes some core hours to ensure we’re all working together at some point during the day.

In addition to your own monthly pension payments, we’ll contribute through the company to help your pot to grow faster.
